Online booking requests through Clockwise MD are subject to provider availability. Submission of a booking request does not guarantee an appointment or constitute a patient-provider relationship. A patient-provider relationship is established only upon your arrival and evaluation at the clinic.
4. Payments
Online bill pay is processed by a third-party payment processor. Quick Urgent Care does not store credit or debit card information on its servers. All payment disputes should be directed to the clinic at 405-285-7222.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Quick Urgent Care or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
