Our commitment
Quick Urgent Care is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. We are actively working toward full conformance and perform regular audits.
Known limitations
Some third-party content (Clockwise MD booking, embedded maps, and the bill-pay portal) is provided by external vendors and may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working with our vendors to address these gaps.
Physical accessibility
Both clinic locations are ADA-compliant, with accessible parking, ramps, automatic entry doors, accessible restrooms, and exam rooms designed to accommodate mobility devices.

Language assistance
